Girl Rising—a global campaign with an eponymous documentary at its center—advocates schooling for 66 million girls. The goal was to catalyze screenings and secure media in conjunction with International Day of the Girl. I designed and implemented the promotional strategy that included a toolkit for corporate partners and identifying new voices as supporters. There were screenings in over 150 countries, activated by the regional offices of corporate partners Intel and Google, and media coverage in Fast Company and Forbes with op-eds by actress Frieda Pinto in The Guardian and Vice Admiral Bob Harward in Huffington Post.
